Right of Withdrawal and Return Period

You have the right to return your items within 14 days of receiving your package. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, you must contact us at service@nzmetabolichealth.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will send you instructions on where and how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at service@nzmetabolichealth.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
